JHC OBA (UK) Annual General Meeting, Sunday 8th October 2006

I wish to inform you, our Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 8th October 2006 at 3.00pm in St Augustines Church Hall, Wembley Hill Road, Wembley, Middlesex HA9 8EN. I hereby give you a minimum of 21 days notice in accordance with our constitution clause 8.2.

I wish to bring it to your attention to the following items.

1. Members who wish to table any amendments or motions shall forward those 14days before the date of meeting in accordance with the clause 8.8. The amendments or motions should have the names of the proposer and the seconder.
2. A new Management Committee will be elected; nominations are to in accordance with clause 6.1 and 6.2. If there is more than one nomination for any post, it will be determined by a show of hands.
3. Please find enclosed copy of the Amendment to the Constitution.

Members are requested to note that any resolution to be tabled should reach the Secretary by 24th September 2006.
